1. Your photos. You confirm you own the rights to any photo you upload and have the consent of the people in it. Photos that include children are not accepted during our pets-first launch.
2. What we make. Portraits are generated by AI models from your photo under styles designed by our studio. Results vary; that is why previews are free, subject to the fair-use limit shown in the studio.
3. The preview is the print. We print the exact image you previewed, without the watermark, upscaled for print. We never regenerate a purchased image.
4. Privacy. Our Photo Promise is part of these terms: no AI training, no biometrics, auto-deletion, never in marketing without explicit opt-in, never for children.
5. Guarantee and refunds. See the Satisfaction Guarantee page. Refunds go to the original payment method.
6. Shipping. Made to order in the USA, shipped in 2 to 3 business days, delivered in about a week. Holiday cutoffs are posted on the site.
7. Creators. Referral commissions follow the creator agreement; self-referrals and coupon-site postings void commission.
